I specialize in representing Buyers & Sellers in the Scottsdale homes for sale market. An Associate Broker holding brokers licenses in 2 states. Licensed since 1990. Having a background in the real estate construction and development industry has been very helpful with my Arizona real estate career over the years. Taking a "listen and learn" approach as well as a non-confrontational approach to a sale is one of the reasons for my longevity in the business. It is very rewarding working with a first time home buyer and seeing the joy it brings to them owning their first home or finding a seasoned buyer that property they have been looking for but not quite finding it.

A Scottsdale resident since 2001 relocating from Vail, Colorado where my two daughters were born. Both still maintains their mountain life styles, one since her college graduation from the university of San Diego and the other currently on the Colorado front range attending college. I am a Member of the Scottsdale area Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, my local golf men's league, and enjoy participating in my bowling league as well.

The Scottsdale real estate market and surrounding communities are ever changing which is why I constantly take educational classes in the real estate field in order to best represent buyer and sellers as my clients. Most recently completing the CSSPE course (Certified Short Sale Property Expert) as well as multiple other classes from legal, economical, and ethical professionals to help me best serve my clients in today's market.

I do not believe in pushing people but rather look at myself as a provider of information so that the Buyer or Seller can make a choice that fits their individual needs.
